A look at RotoGrinders.com – Daily Fantasy Sports Community
A sick new fantasy community has just opened its doors over at RotoGrinders.com. These guys actually rank the individuals that play daily fantasy games. The site was made by the same group that created PocketFives.com – a popular online poker player rankings community with over 70,000 members. RotoGrinders.com’s content extends well beyond player rankings – their player search feature allows you to look up detailed stats on your opponents. The daily strategy content, forums posts, and site reviews make them a total resource for daily fantasy gamers. Check out their Fanduel Review for a great example review.
If you play daily fantasy and would like to see how you stack up against the competition simply visit the site and create a profile. You enter your screen names from the various daily sites you play – they then grab your results and run them through their rankings formula to spit out your personal ranking. The top ranked guys are currently winning well over $10,000/month. Their rankings formula has been debated quite a bit in the forums. The formula gives bonuses to those players playing multiple sports on multiple sites. Players must prove their skill by winning in many different types of games to achieve a high ranking.
At the time of this writing some of the biggest players in daily fantasy have not yet signed up to the site to participate in the rankings. One of them is Kaiseroll13, a fantasy behemoth that wagers more on fantasy in one day than 99% of the players wagers in a year. Even though he hasn’t created a profile, you can still easily see his results using RotoGrinders Player Search feature. Here is what pops up when you search for Kaiseroll13. Click on the Fantasy Sports Live link first – he’s got over $100,000 in winnings on that site alone this year!
